You’ll most likely need to go to the Deer Prairie if you have the following quest:
Quest: Go to the Deer Prairie in the Assyrian Hills or the Blade Hunter Base and take a photo of the deer.
It stated there you can either head to Assyrian Hills or Blade Hunter Base but I personally prefer the latter. Also please take note it’s not Assyrian Hills where you’ll find another deer prairie, it’s Assyrian Grassfield.
While you’re there, you’ll find an NPC named Deere where you can purchase deer biscuits to feed the deer in the area. After purchase, get the biscuit from your backpack. The deer nearby will smell it and come to you.
