LifeAfter is an open-world game where you could pretty much roam around and interact with your surroundings. So, it’s no surprise that some players may do things that annoy the heck out of other players; some carried out on purpose to troll or prank and some by accident.

Disclaimer: If you want to attempt these “stunts”, I shall not be held responsible for giving you the idea. LOL Don’t shoot the messenger.

Here’s a list of things LifeAfter players do that could possibly annoy other players:

  1. Place campfires (or barricade or ammo box) on resource points.
  2. Lure Infected to players who are offline, AFK, or doing auto-fishing (which mostly likely AFK)
  3. Trigger a horde of Infected in Miska University’s library (most likely done by accident especially with newbies) because they don’t stand on the safe spots while shooting the bookshelves.
  4. Leave teammate who talks to the NPC in Hope Valley to progress (open the gate) so they’re stuck behind the closed gate until all Infected are killed.
  5. Charging forward and leaving NPCs behind without assigning at least someone to stay with NPCs. You’ll not be able to progress through the quest if the NPCs are left behind. This could happen in missions where the NPCs will only move if you’re near them: Frida in Miska University and Mysterious Believer in Black Mire.
  6. Killing Infected or animals with the sign “Other Players.” This can happen by accident especially when the Infected meant for other players started attacking you so you’ll have no choice but to kill it.
  7. “Stealing” or jump queue at resource points. It’s a courtesy practiced by most players that when you arrive at a resource point with other players already there or waiting for the resource point to refresh, you wait your turn. However, there are some players who ignore this courtesy and proceed to “steal” it from you.
  8. Shooting at trees or stones while other players are logging or mining it.
  9. Blocking the view of another player who’s doing the camp shooting practice.
  10. Moving the furniture in the manor when cohab is using it. For example, when they’re accessing the Trade City through the TV, you go into blueprint mode and move the TV to another location.
  11. Hiding and shooting at campmates when they’re at their manor, making them think there’s a raider in camp.

This list is not exhaustive. I’ll be adding more when I come across it. Have you come across anything that other players did that annoy the heck out of you? If yes, please feel free to comment below.
