Mystical Crate and 1st Weapon Crate
These crates can be found on the northeast of the settlement at the rooftop on the Construction Site.
2nd Weapon Crate
This is also on the rooftop of the half-constructed building towards the southeast of the settlement. You can climb to the top by using the boxes at the balcony.
Gear Crate
The crate is at the middle of the settlement at the crossroads surrounded by sandbags.
