Gear Crate
It’s on the table in the living. You’ll spot it the moment you enter the manor.
Weapon Crate
The 1st Weapon Crate can be found in the bathroom in the house slightly southwest of the Rift Anchor.
The 2nd weapon crate is in the manor itself in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor.
Mystical Crate
Enter the manor and take the stairs all the way up to the top floor.
