Harborside is a level 12 settlement in Broken Delta (Manibus scenario.) Part of the area is flooded with sea water and it’s swarming with not only deviants but also dangerous crocodiles.

Gear Crates
Gear Crate 1 (On the Rooftop)
Near the Rift Anchor, there is a building on the right with planks of wood. Head towards the building and jump onto the rooftop with the crates by the side. The Gear Crate can be spotted on the rooftop near the sandbags.
Gear Crate 2 (Flooded Basement)
On the southeast of the Harborside, you’ll notice there’s stairs leading down to the basement. You can see the storage crate from outside.
Dive under and swim towards the room to locate the gear crate floating inside.
Weapon Crate (Inside the Ship)
Towards the south of Harborside after the bridge, you’ll notice a ship after defeating the Elite Enemy known as Rainfall Reaper. Head to the lower decks passed the water. You’ll spot the weapon crate in a room.
Mystical Crate (In the Ship Cockpit)
On the same ship, you’ll find the Mystical Crate in the cockpit of the ship after going up the stairs.
