GAIA Research Center Ruins is a level 18 settlement in Broken Delta (Manibus scenario.) It’s a Rosetta base.

Weapon Crates
Weapon Crate 1 (Inside Securement Unit Storage Room)
The weapon crate is located on the northeast of the Gaia Research Center Ruins. Once you enter the building, head down the stairs until you reach a chamber. There are a few Rosetta soldiers to take out before you spot the weapon crate in the glass room.
Weapon Crate 2 (On Shipping Container)
The weapon crate is on top of the shipping containers next to the road near the bunkers.
Weapon Crate 3 (Near Storage Bunker/ Tent)
You can spot this weapon crate inside the storage bunker near the living quarters of Gaia Research Center Ruins.
Gear Crates
Gear Crate 1 (West of GAIA Research Center)
The gear crate can be found in the west of Gaia Research Center Ruins near the large radar.
Gear Crate 2 (Inside a Glass Room)
This gear crate is located inside the main facility that’s gated. You can open it with a Rosetta V1 Access Card that is dropped by enemies. However, if you don’t have the access card, you can climb over the fence from the side.
When you enter the facility, you will see the crate along with the mystical crate inside a glass room that will need another Rosetta V2 Access Card that can only be dropped by the elite enemies.
Mystical Crate
As mentioned earlier, the Mystical Crate is located in the same locked glass room as the gear crate.
Deviation
Inside the same building where you find a weapon crate inside a glass room with securement units, you might see a deviation orb floating about that contain the Butterfly’s Emissary deviation.
Rift Anchor
The Rift Anchor can be found on a rock near the dirt road of Gaia Research Center Ruins.
