This gear crate is found in the warehouse on the southwest of Alpha Institute.

This crate is located on a supply box on the lot in front of the Monolith building.

Mystical Crate
The mystical crate, along with a gear crate and a weapon crate is behind a locked room in the Alpha Institute facility. You will have to get a Rosetta V2 Access Card from the defeated enemy and use it to unlock the room.
Rift Anchor
This Rift Anchor is on a helipad located north of Alpha Institute.
