GAIA Cliff Monolith is a level 15 danger zone in Broken Delta (Manibus scenario.) It’s a Rosetta base.
Objectives:
Defeat normal enemies x 15
Defeat elite enemies x 1
Look for Mystical Crate x 1
Find weapon and armor crate x 1
Activate Rift Anchor x 1

I would recommend that you ride your bike all the way to the north of the danger zone past all the patrolling soldiers until you reach the cave area.
Weapon Crates
Weapon Crate 1 (Wrapped In Vines)
This weapon crate is inside the cave towards the end of the spiral path. You’ll see that it’s wrapped up in vines in which you’ll need a weapon with burn build or a molotov cocktail to burn the vines before you can get the crate.
Weapon Crate 2 (Top of Mountain)
This weapon crate is inside a huge glowing rock located on top of the mountain. You can make your way up from climbing the rocky hills at the exit of the cave. Double jump will be handy here. Alternatively, you can get to this spot when you’re at the Monolith.
Once you’re at the area, you’ll spot multiple glowing rocks. Use your Spacetime skill (snap your finger) and the rock with the red glow indicate the weapon crate. Use grenade or any other explosive to blast the rock open.
Once the rock is blasted, you’ll see a weapon crate.
Gear Crates
Gear Crate 1 (Rooftop of Building)
The gear crate is located at the rooftop of the building towards the east of the Monolith.
Gear Crate 2 (In the Monolith)
As usual, there’s always a gear crate sitting in the office room inside the Monolith.
Mystical Crate
The mystical crate can be found on top of the compound building on the way up to the Monolith. You can easily glide towards the rooftop of this building from the teleportation tower.
Rift Anchor
The Rift Anchor is located in the center of the spiral way on a tree. You’ll spot a small room where the Rosetta mechanic is stationed and next to it, you’ll see a pathway leading down to the Rift Anchor.
