- You get started by cooking using gray ingredients which are the easiest to obtain. As you started to obtain green and blue ingredients, be sure to swap it with your gray ingredients to get better food stats.
- Cook the dishes multiple times until you achieve mastery. The more you cook the dish, the higher the food buff will get.
- The duration for the basic stats (HP, Fullness, and Health) effects mostly lasts about 5 seconds.
- The duration for the taste attributes and special attributes effects mostly last about 600 seconds (10 minutes) unless stated otherwise in the Attributes column.
- Most food items have effects on HP and Fullness.
- For fish recipes, you can either use 4 of the same fish or if you have tons of berries to spare, just use 3 berries and 1 fish, you’ll still get the same dish.
- If you ate a dish and died, your food buff will be gone when you revive. You will need to eat the dish again to gain the effects.
- When you eat a certain dish, it may remove the effects of your current food buff.
