LifeAfter is as real as it can get. We need food! When your fullness bar is low, you’ll hear a growling sound nudging you to feed yourself. Hunger will affect your ability to chop gather resources and fight off the infected. If you ignore it further, your HP will start dropping and you’ll practically be starving to death. Not something I would proud to admit but I’ve died from starvation.
